Lunch: Sandwich and Fruit Yoghurt

Didn’t have leftover food from yesterday night because we had take out. Since I’m trying to keep off fries this is what I made for lunch, while at work.

Vanilla flavoured yoghurt.
Fruit pieces: Strawberries and Grapes (seeded)

I carried the fruits from home.

Plus I carried some slices of bread, beef brawn slices, a tomato, cucumber and some mozzarella chunks for the sandwich.

Brown sliced bread,beef brawn slices, cucumber slices, tomato slices and some mozzarella.
Pop in the microwave for a few seconds just to get the cheese melting. Drizzle some tomato sauce and enjoy.
Quick lunch 🙂

Verdict:

Delicious.

Try making this for a quick and easy lunch, while at work. It’s very satisfying, I can guarantee that.
