A quick dip for your fish fingers.
Ingredients:
3 tablespoons plain yoghurt
Handful of dhania finely chopped
Salt and black pepper to taste
In a bowl pour in the yoghurt and add the dhania.
Mix well then season with salt and pepper.
Taste for seasoning and adjust accordingly.
Enjoy.
The combination of the fish fingers and the dip is just heavenly.

Like the latter recipe. Made fish fingers the other day too bad i did not make the dip but will definitely do so next time.

Hello!! This dip is nice. But I have one concern, yoghurt and fish is said to be a poisonous combination. Any comments on this??
Hey Sreeja? I apologise for taking long to reply to this. To be honest I had never heard of the poisonous yoghurt and fish combination until you mentioned of it. I have tried researching on it but I haven’t found any scientific research that could back it. I also inquired from a chef friend of mine who had also not heard of it. I would like to highlight that sometime people react to food and could be caused by bacteria in the food and not necessarily the combinations. I have tried this fish and yoghurt combo severally and even served it for guests and so far so good. You can give it a try.
